2. Incline DB Press: 105sx8...125x8...same..same
3. Incline supersetted with Flat Flyes: 60sx8 for 5sets
4. Cable Straight Bar superset with Rope Cable Curls: three sets of 10 each
5. Barbell Curls: 95x12...215x12...135x10...135x8/215x8/95x8 (drop set)
6. Cable front arm pose (?) 40x8...same...same did not do as bad as i thought with power bodybuilding workout...was fun
