II. Snatch Pulls: 135x5..185x5..225x3..255x3..275x3..275x3

III. DB Rows: 125x6..same

IV. 3 way neck: 45xalot
V. Single Leg Extensions: 70x12..same

feel STRONG! hopefully left elbow will heal so will transfer to C&J!!
